Prop 65 Labels

InStockLabels has the new compliant prop 65 labels which are required by August 2018. Below are twelve pre-printed State regulated designs of the proposition 65 labels. These are in stock, ready to ship today (Mon - Friday before 1:00 PM MST). These all have the 6 pt or higher font which is required by law. We have generic labels in English and Spanish which provide an overall generic warning about possible chemicals. We also have five specific and common chemicals such as Lead, Crystalline Silica, Chromium, Wood Dust and Bisphenol A BPA. Those specific chemicals are on a 1" x 2" shape label and there are 500 prop 65 labels per roll. We do add a few extra per roll too.
We also have short form warning stickers that are .5" x 1.5". These are some of our most popular and specifically say "Warning - Cancer" or "Warning - Reproductive Harm".
All of these proposition 65 labels are made with a semi gloss paper and a permanent adhesive backing. The adhesive is also meant to hold up in warm or cold climates. They will adhere to anything and will stay on strong even down to temps of negative 65 degrees.
If there is a specific chemical that you need, we will custom create these for you. To give you an idea of how much these would be, here is the custom pricing for a 1.5" x 2":
500 Labels: $145.00 | 1,000 Labels: $165.00 | 3,000 Labels: $298.00 | 5,000 Labels: $340.00 | 10,000 Labels: $498.00

What is Proposition 65?
Proposition 65 requires companies to provide warnings to Californians regarding possible exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects and reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 allows Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.
Proposition 65 also prohibits California companies from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water. Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987. Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin. The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
