These labels can still remove from most surfaces but they do have a strong adhesive backing. They are also apparel safe, meaning they will not harm clothing. The 3/4" measurement is from highest point to bottom point. To give an idea, they are the size of a penny. There are 500 metallic rose hearts on a roll. We do add about 20-30 extra to make up for the tape to hold roll together.
